Process flow of liquid sodium methoxide

Produced by continuous method. Solid sodium hydroxide is dissolved in methanol. After dissolving, it is precipitated and clarified to remove solid impurities. The clear liquid is pumped into the top of the reaction dehydration tower, and refined methanol vapor enters the tower from the bottom of the tower. After continuous reaction and dehydration, the product is obtained from the bottom of the tower. The water-containing methanol vapor comes out from the top of the tower and enters the rectification system for refining, and the anhydrous methanol vapor returns to the bottom of the tower.
